RecRoot Agency is recruiting on behalf of an innovative company offering SaaS solutions. They are looking for an experienced SaaS Account Manager to manage and grow their client relationships.
Position Overview:
The SaaS Account Manager will work directly with existing clients to ensure they are maximizing the value of the company’s software solutions. You’ll provide support, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for growth and upselling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the main point of contact for client queries and service escalations.
- Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with the sales team.
- Conduct regular product training sessions and provide technical support.
- Assist in renewals and contract negotiations.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as an Account Manager or Client Success Manager in a SaaS environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple accounts.
- Experience in customer retention, support, and upselling in a SaaS business.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms and subscription models.
