RecRoot Agency connects exceptional talent with top-tier opportunities. We’re currently recruiting on behalf of a leading organization in Edmonton that is seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to help design seamless and user-friendly digital experiences.

Position Overview:
The UX/UI Designer will work closely with product managers and developers to create intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing designs for web and mobile platforms. Your role will involve understanding user needs, conducting research, and translating them into well-designed interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product and development teams to design user-centered digital experiences.
  • Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
  • Create responsive designs that work across multiple devices and platforms.
  • Maintain design systems and ensure consistency across user interfaces.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, preferably in a digital product environment.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles and best practices
